Updating your personal details
Keeping your account information up to date ensures you receive important notifications and that your medical records are accurate.
What you can update
From your account settings, you can modify:
- Full name -used on prescriptions and medical certificates
- Email address -used for login and notifications
- Phone number -used for SMS reminders
- Date of birth -required for medical records
- Address -used for prescription delivery
How to make changes
- Log in to your Doccy account
- Navigate to Settings from the menu
- Select Personal Details
- Update the relevant fields
- Click Save Changes
Important notes
- Changing your email address requires re-verification
- Name changes may require supporting documentation for legal records
