What is an expression of interest?

It is a way to show us where you could fit before a formal role opens. We are building a talent bench around the company Doccy is becoming, then starting conversations when the work, timing, and person line up.

What happens after I write in?

We read every note. If there is a live fit, we will start with a direct conversation about the work, your background, and how you think. If the timing is early, we may keep your details and come back when the right gap opens.

Where is the team based?

Doccy is a 100% in-person team based in Collingwood, Melbourne. Right now we are focused on people already in Melbourne, or people who are willing to relocate here.

Can I apply from outside Melbourne?

Yes. Melbourne is the current hiring centre, but Doccy is building for more than one market. If you are exceptional and interested in future regions, including the United States, it is worth writing in.
