Invoices and payment history
To access your invoices, payment methods, and billing information:
- Log in to your Doccy account
- Navigate to the Billing page
- Click View Billing Details
This takes you to our payment partner's billing profile, where you can see all invoices, payment methods, and billing information.
Disputes
If you believe there's an error on an invoice, contact our support team at support@doccy.com.au within 30 days of the charge. We'll review and resolve the issue promptly.
