How to cancel your Doccy Plus subscription

Cancel Doccy Plus from your account, without signing in, or by email. Includes tips if you cannot see your subscription or consult history.

How to cancel your Doccy Plus subscription

Doccy Plus is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Choose the option that matches how you want to sign in.

  1. Sign in using the same method you used when you subscribed (Google, email, or mobile).
  2. Open Account → Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel on your active Doccy Plus plan and confirm.

Your dashboard will show when access ends (for example, "Cancels [date]").

Cancel without signing in

If you are not signed in, or you only know the email you used for Doccy Plus:

  1. Go to doccy.com.au/cancel-subscription.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for Doccy Plus (not necessarily the email on a one-off medical certificate payment).
  3. Complete the one-time verification code sent to that inbox.
  4. Review any active subscriptions and confirm cancellation.

This page does not show whether an account exists until you verify your email, which protects your privacy.

Cancel by email

Email support@doccy.com.au from the address tied to your subscription or consult. Include "Cancel Doccy Plus" in the subject or body. We will cancel eligible subscriptions and reply with confirmation.


I cannot see my subscription or past consults

This usually means you are signed in with a different identity than the one that holds your subscription or history.

Use the same sign-in method as when you subscribed

Doccy accounts are separate per sign-in method until you link them in settings:

  • If you subscribed with email + OTP, sign in with that email—not Google or mobile only.
  • If you subscribed with Google, use Continue with Google on the login page.
  • If you subscribed with mobile, sign in with that Australian mobile number.

Trying Google, then email, then mobile can each open a different account with no shared subscription or consult history.

Check the email used for Doccy Plus

Doccy Plus is linked to the email you entered when you joined the plan. That may differ from:

  • The email on a single pay-per-consult checkout
  • A work inbox vs a personal inbox
  • An Apple Hide My Email or forwarded address

Use cancel-subscription with the Doccy Plus signup email, or sign in with the matching method and open Account → Subscription.

Still empty after signing in?

  1. Sign out completely, then sign in again with one method only.
  2. Confirm you completed Doccy Plus checkout (not only a one-off consult payment).
  3. Contact support@doccy.com.au with the email and phone number you believe you used. We can locate the correct account.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again for that plan.
  • One-off consult purchases are separate and are not cancelled when you cancel Doccy Plus.
